Trial:

Prospective member - see info under 'Joining'

Leader / Troop/pack representative - advise Group Leader and Treasurer of the potential new member, including name and email address.  The Treasurer should also be advised of the trial dates.  Ensure that appropriate forms have been provided by parent prior to commencement of trial.
Treasurer - Issue invoice to prospective member for Invesment fee and Term fee (the term fee will be reduced to account for the free trial period)
